We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Deliver a seamless post-sales experience, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
Understand client business needs and objectives.
Create strategic account plans tailored to each key account.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, customer support) to meet client expectations.
Deliver regular performance reports and reviews to clients and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or customer relationship roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Proven success in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
