Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a balance of sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills, with the primary responsibility of managing and growing relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Customer Service Excellence:

  • Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

  • Deliver a seamless post-sales experience, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Strategic Planning:

  • Understand client business needs and objectives.

  • Create strategic account plans tailored to each key account.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, customer support) to meet client expectations.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and reviews to clients and management.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or customer relationship roles.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

  • Proven success in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
